Love your list. I would have included Wilder’s “The Apartment” (’60)

Casablanca, Gone With The Wind, Godfather Part II, Taxi Driver, Pulp Fiction, Raging Bull, Silence Of The Lambs, Apocalypse Now…the list can go on and on of particular films which were omitted from your Top 20 list. But hey, everyone has their own opinions and there are too many great films out there to list them all. Perhaps try a “Top 40” or so? Just a suggestion. Good blog though.

I love this site It spurs me to go to my nearest video store. Until I get to know how to do Netflix ok now that you know how old I must be I still love your site I guess rom-coms don’t make it on your list too much. Where would Ann Bancroft and Anthony Hopkins’ movie about the screenwriter and book seller’s relationship during WW2 by letters fit in I wonder Keep the site going very cool thanks
